central location courteous receptionist spacious apartment

The apartment location is amazing ( central!). It offered easy access to the major attractions. The receptionist was courteous and helpful. The apartment itself felt spacious, great for my family.

I found a small amount of dust under the bed, visible from the living area.

ok, but could be better

dirty bathroom low water pressure

the location was fine. its was right in the center and close to a supermarket, useful.

the room was not great. i find that the bathroom was not cleaned properly, i see some dirt. also, the shower had low water pressure, so showering was difficult. i dont understand how this is a 4-stars.

amazing stay!

great aircon quiet aircon clean apartment comfortable bed

The room was fantastic, the air conditioning was quiet and efficient. it kept the whole apartment cool without any noise. the cleanliness was very excellent. Everything felt fresh. both the bed and sofa bed offered great comfort .

i found very limited english instructions available for operating the appliances. it made understanding their functions a little challenging at times.

The rooftop pool area offers excellent city views. I saw guests relaxing on comfortable loungers. there is convenient access to transportation options near the hotel. the hotel features round-the-clock reception services every day.

The location provided a superb base for exploring. plaza mayor is about 7 to 10 minutes away by foot. there is a supermarket conveniently located next door to the accommodation. I saw many people shopping there.

decent stay with a couple of drawbacks

convenient location modern interior grocery store unfriendly staff leaking toilet bathroom leak

the location is very convenient. it is close to shops and grocery stores. the apartment looked nice when i first walked into our unit. it was clean and modern.

the man at the reception desk checking us in was not friendly. he was not smiling or cute. there was a leak in the front bathroom. water leaked from the toilet when we flushed (i reported it twice but no one came to fix it).
